Of all the dealers I visited searching for my CR-V Hybrid this one was the worst when it comes to customer service. The only person that was more helpful was Anthony Gonzalez who was just starting his shift. this one was the worst when it comes to customer service. We went on a Saturday at 1:30 to purchase our new pilot. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and asked if we wanted water or coffee. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice experience, no pressure until at signing they had snuck in an extended warranty and gap coverage that was not offered in the beginning. I took it anyways but would have like more deliberate notificat snuck in an extended warranty and gap coverage that was not offered in the beginning.
