I checked out the car, it did, and I told her. My salesperson, Tracy, had printed out temporary paper license plates but then ripped them and said we didn't need them. Later, I received an e-mail from Tracy saying that she needed a couple of signatures on a couple of certification documents. I asked if they could bring them to me in Riverside, and ever since its been promises of follow-through from both Tracy and a sales manager, I think Steve?, but no actual follow-through. I still haven't signed these documents. I received a refund from Spreen for DMV registration fees, but then a bill from DMV for renewing the registration. I also received one license plate from Spreen, but the car currently has 2 plates on it. I'm still waiting on a call back from Steve (?) the sales manager or Tracy to call me back and explain what is actually going on. I'm not sure if the signatures are still needed, why I received a refund and a bill, and why the plates were destroyed to begin with. For context, today is July 7th and the first email from Stacy asking for signatures was May 20th. No, I won't recommend this dealership and I don't think I'll give any future business. More

After trying several auto services in the Redlands area (tire shops, mechanics, etc) I was feeling desperate. I was tired of getting ripped off, paying for work I didn't need, or paying for work that wasn't performed. I needed a repair shop I could trust, Spreen Mazda was the answer. The Service personnel (Phillip and Bill) are friendly and efficient, and they listen to what I say. The work is performed quickly and correctly. There are no more "surprise" major repairs - they do a thorough inspection every visit, and everything is explained in detail. They perform all the maintenance on my Miata, from oil changes and tire rotations to simple and major repairs. I know they aren't the cheapest in town, but the assurance that the work is being done right is worth the small premium to me. More

My experience with spreen mazda was amazing! Everyone was very hospitable & helpful. From bill @ the service desk to allen & the female shuttle driver (sorry didn't get her name) i will return, hopefull was very hospitable & helpful. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Tracy was very helpful in getting the car I wanted.
