I want to say that my new car sales experience with Spreen Mazda was top-notch. I drove in from Cathedral City as Palm Springs Mazda did not have the CX5 AWD Turbo Signature in the color that I desired Spreen Mazda was top-notch. I drove in from Cathedral City as Palm Springs Mazda did not have the CX5 AWD Turbo Signature in the color that I desired. The sales "team" members were Wyatt, Israel, Ricky, and Matt. It was well worth my one-hour drive as I left in a brand new CX5 AWD Turbo Signature. Palm Springs Mazda salesman told me he would have his internet sales contact me. This never happened and as of today still never has. If you are looking to buy/lease a Mazda this is the dealership to go to. Thanks, guys! More

After a horrible experience at another Mazda dealer we decided to check out Spreen. We walked in with everything in hand and knew exactly what we wanted. We let Jimmy (the sales manager) know we didn't decided to check out Spreen. We walked in with everything in hand and knew exactly what we wanted. We let Jimmy (the sales manager) know we didn't want to be upsold on anything, and we know what we wanted. He listened and respected our wishes. Marcelino took over (sales representative) and showed us the cars we wanted to look at. No pressure, no upselling, no bargaining. He was open, honest, and listened (which was different from any of the other dealers we went to.) Loving my car. Jimmy checked in with us a few times and we left there happy and with a car! Bait and Switch tactics. Called about a vehicle I was interested in. Spoke with Chris for 2022 Mazda 3 Hatchback. He pushed me to drive hundred of miles today to purchase Called about a vehicle I was interested in. Spoke with Chris for 2022 Mazda 3 Hatchback. He pushed me to drive hundred of miles today to purchase the car. I asked him what the price was out the door and he instead asks me "how much do you want to pay?". After 3 hours of negotiations he told me the car was "sold" when he didn't like my offer. He never showed me the sticker price nor mentioned it. Instead, he's asking the customer how much "you want to pay". What kind of dealership would allow this? I recommend you take your business elsewhere or avoid dealing with Chris. More

Very deceptive practices. I contacted dealership regarding purchasing a vehicle. I was told it was in stock, and the salesman e-mailed me a "Best Price Certificate" which listed the MSRP along with regarding purchasing a vehicle. I was told it was in stock, and the salesman e-mailed me a "Best Price Certificate" which listed the MSRP along with a dealer discount. It listed the VIN # of the vehicle and a date the price would be good until. After calling to confirm the vehicle was still in stock, we drove 75 minutes to dealership. When they brought the vehicle out, it was the same VIN #, but they had slapped a sticker on the windshield listing dealer added extra's like seat protection at $1400, and more making the car now over $4000 more!!!!!. I showed them the certificate received the night before. They would not take off the extra items or honor the price or dealer discount I was given. Salesman said they add these items to all their vehicles so they knew before they quoted and printed the certificate. Deceptive and unfair practices. Make sure you get the correct total before wasting your time with this dealership. More

Dario is a awesome sales guy!! I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new or used car. I live over 6 hours north of Spreen mazda and they were very accommodating to me being so far away. Own a 2019 cx5; makes noises every time I hit the brake or car starts to move; so obvious and loud that can not be ignored. Brought the vehicle to them for the noise. Not sure what they actually did but keep saying there is no noise. Imagine you go to a doctor complaining of cough and he tells you, no you don’t have cough but I checked your toes! Worse thing was the attitude of the guy at the service dep. Thanks God he is the governor of the state. Will not choose here any more. You guys need to learn to fix your customer’s vehicle as if it is your own/family car. More
