Appreciative of Mazda providing benefit I was able to get a weekday appointment to complete some recalls and investigated a start-button issue of 5 years. The recalls were complete successfully, but the extended warranty had expired and they were unwilling to provide benefit to fix the sensor issue. Phillip provided me a quote to fix the problem which was significantly more than expected and he opened a case with Mazda on my behalf to resolve. Mazda agreed to provide benefit and cover the cost of repair. Thank you, Mazda, for providing support and ensuring that our relationship did not sour; I will continue to recommend Mazda to friends and family :) I am giving a four-star because Spreen had refused to schedule a weekend appointment for a very long time and this likely would have been resolved earlier if they had been better in the past. Furthermore, I had to revisit Spreen to finish the job as they had forgotten to replace some panels. More
