After shopping around on Carvana and other dealerships I came to the conclusion that the Mazda CX-5 was the car for me. I thought that because of covid, my car buying experience would be awkward but Spreen came to the conclusion that the Mazda CX-5 was the car for me. Would have been 5 star but sales manager left out critical information during the sales process. I know it was more of a finance department issue, but would have changed my mind in moving forward. He did not tell me about the new lease GAP coverage not being included in the payment. This is my 3rd Mazda lease and I have never had to purchase Gap insurance separately. I understand Mazda has changed financial institutions, but that should have been disclosed in the sales negotiation, not in the finance department. Detail job for delivery was not very good at all, windows not clean on the inside and a few other minor things. Overall was pleased with the transaction. Stacie was wonderful. More
I had a bad experience a year ago. I called and inquired about a vehicleI I was interested in buying. I was told it was an automatic, but it ended up being a manual. Well, I ended up getting a different car than the one I came in for. I like my car, so I decided to give this dealership another try. I'm not only more upset this time, but Spreen Mazda is actually breaking the law by false advertising. They advertised a car with 18,000 miles, but they misrepresented the vehicle by over 50%. The actual milage was 28,000+ miles. I asked the sales manager Jose numerous times to double check that the information on the car I wanted was correct. I live 2 hours away, and I didn't want the previous experience repeat itself. He insured me everything in the listing was correct. Not so much obviously. A good manager would have at least offered a good discount to rectify their misinformation, But No! He pretty much said "too bad human error and the price was what it was". I will be in the market to buy two more cars within the next year. This is very disappointing. They lost a good costumer, unless they're willing to make up for not being truthful I will update the review if anything changes. For now Buyers Be Aware and read the fine print so you won't get ripped off or lied to. More

But I would like some clear confirmation as I was told on the deal that I would have a full year subscrip I really liked the attention they gave me. But I would like some clear confirmation as I was told on the deal that I would have a full year subscription on SiriusXM radio but now I received is only for a month. Also you guys didn’t really give me a good deal when nothing was added as gap insurance or other deals. I literally just got the car. But overall good job thanks. More
