Sad that I could not buy out my leased car I had to down size my CX5 for a 2018 Mazda 3 to be able to afford my car payment. Glad that I contacted them through TrueCar. After getting screwed around by four different Chevrolet dealers I decided to look at the Mazda CX-9. I knew nothing about them to start with. So glad that I checked into the Mazda because they are such a superior built car and this dealer give me $5,496 off of MSRP. The car works great and has a lot of new technology. Everything at the point of sale was pretty quick, but getting it washed and prepped took a little longer than I would have expected. I would say go through TrueCar to get your best price. More

Would not recommend I brought my car in twice within a month to diagnose the same issue. Each time, they gave me a different reason as to why the car behaved the way it I brought my car in twice within a month to diagnose the same issue. Each time, they gave me a different reason as to why the car behaved the way it did. After the 2nd visit and receiving a “hard to believe” explanation of the diagnosis, the issue started up again literally a half mile after leaving the dealer and I had to call triple A to tow me 50 miles home. the service employee who helped me was very nice, but I don’t think the technician knew what they were doing or what they were looking for. I thought they would have taken a deeper look into the issue seeing how this was my 2nd time in there within a month. However, they did not charge me the $136.00 diagnosis fee for the 2nd time in there. My issue isnt with the service rep, he was great, but with the ability for the service department to diagnose correctly. More
