They charged a lot and screwed up pretty badly My F350 broke down up in Springfield, and the person driving it took it to the nearest place that seemed like it could handle a truck that size. They installed new brake calipers on the rear tires backward, causing it to turn into a smoking mess a few hundred miles later. Took it to the place I trust closer to my home, and my $1700 repair from Springfield GMC Buick ended up costing me another $1250 in parts and labor to re-repair. More

Very misleading pricing. Advertise price as 35000 online ,i called and because I was trading in something they wanted 42000 . Absolutely terrible Deliver a car for them they didn’t help unload and had the audacity to show it while we were unloading never even offered to help. Then tried to give us the 80,000 dollar truck we just bought from them completely covered in mud, looked like they had ran it through a mud pit. When we asked them to wash it they acted like it was a huge inconvenience and made us wait over two hours while they “washed it.” All they did was spray off the tires but we had already waited two hours so we were ready to leave. Then never offered to help us reload the truck after we brought them the car they wanted, didn’t even offer. Not only did the sales manager never apologize but he said I’ll be back in a minute and never returned. Terrible dealership would not reccomend to my worst enemy. More

This dealership is horrible All they want is the car sale . They added on a cover for my bed of my truck it leaks . They made me resign contracts 30 days after I bought the car! And if you send someone down to buy a car from them they don't give you a referral check as promised. The manager Luke won't call back and if you call down to talk to him he is always busy out of his office . Stay clear of this dealership! More
