All other dealerships we visited had either not been truthful or were completely rude and had zero customer service skills. Upon arriving at Youngblood Kia, we were met at the door by our salesman. It was the most painless car buying experience that we have ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Thank you Youngblood Kia, Salesman Will Champs and Finance Manager Clayton Davis for taking care of us and making it a great experience. 10 out of 10 stars! More
Work out a great deal It was like pulling teeth for us but they worked out a great deal on a brand new car. We had poor credit and a gap in our work history due to my fiance getting paid under the table for a good bit of the year and I not working... but they managed to work out a decent interest rate and payment! Now we are owners to a 2018 forte! Definitely should go with Youngblood kia not only because what they did but they have real good warranties! More

I’ve been Stung!!! I was looking to buy the new Sunset Yellow Kia Stinger GT. The only one I could find was 2 hours away from me in Springfield, MO. So, of course, my wi I was looking to buy the new Sunset Yellow Kia Stinger GT. The only one I could find was 2 hours away from me in Springfield, MO. So, of course, my wife and I started driving there right away!!! On the way, we called the dealership to ask some questions about the car and started filling out some of the paperwork over the phone. We needed to be back home to pick up the kids from the babysitter later that night so we couldn’t dilly dally. The sales rep was fantastic! We kept texting him back and forth all the way there until we agreed upon a fair trade in value for my old car. Once we arrived, the sales rep processed our credit app right away and took us out for a test drive in the Stinger. It was amazing!!! After we returned to the dealership, we agreed upon a final sales price... politely declined the extended warranty... and sped off home in our new ride blaring Wiz Khalifa’s “Black and Yellow”! We picked up the kids in plenty of time 😉 More

Easy to deal with and answered all my questions. I asked a lot questions about the warranty on the engine and most of them was unknown by the salesman, James Rainbow. I didn't give out 5 stars as I didn't receive what I wanted on the warranty but the information may not have been available or James may not have understood what I was asking. I would still recommend James to friends and family though since he put in the effort to get me satisfied. More
