Overall good experience I worked with Joe Garbee and Darwin Graham in buying a new Kia. They were great to work with and went above and beyond to make it a good experience. Truly, my only negative experience was with Sean who deals with the financial aspect. He was fine with me (I wasn't financing or buying an extended warranty), but the negative came from his interaction with the sales person. He spoke to him in a condescending manner when the sales person asked him a question that he apparently thought was a stupid question. I was embarrassed for him and just think he could have been respectful and if he had a problem, talk to him in private and not in front of a customer. More
