Hello Mr. Dobyns. I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the cost of services provided. I did look at your repair order. We performed a tire rotation and a full synthetic oil change. Kia is now requiring that every vehicle still under factory warranty be switched over to full synthetic oil. The full synthetic oil changes do cost a bit more, but you can also go twice the miles before the next service is required. It seems like more up front, but if you break it down it is much lower than 2 conventional oil changes would be.
