Salesman was uninformed, rude and abrupt. The car I wanted to drive was already sold, we asked him if he had any other 2020 Sportage’s on the lot and he told us there were some on the new lot. The sale wanted to drive was already sold, we asked him if he had any other 2020 Sportage’s on the lot and he told us there were some on the new lot. The salesman there was much nicer, but we wanted to try a Serento too. We went back to the used lot. The salesman was unwilling to talk price other than what was on the sticker. We left and called his manager and got a better price. I am pleased with my new car. More
