I originally contacted Springfield Kia via the online sales department getting prices for a few cars my wife and I wanted to drive, something I'm still trying to get use to. Thru the online route I was able to get the info I needed for our trade-ins and setup a time to test drive. Although we ended up trading in our cars and buying one car somewhere else, we did end up buying our second new car from Kia. All of the staff we met while we were there were great to work with and courteous. Collin, the sales rep. we worked went over all of the features the cars had, which we liked since we have never owned a Kia. The only thing negative which isn't Kia's fault was due to Covid restrictions. Collin could not ride with us during the test drive which to me is helpful in case we had questions while we test drove the two different cars. My wife and I are very pleased with our new purchase.
