I Brought My 2016 Kia Forte In For a Software Recall The service adviser went by one name on the ticket and text Ryan Rush but actually was the service Manager Nick Mayberry. We had dropped the car off the night before, Nick called me at 745 am which was the only good thing that happened. He said the car had no warranty ,which isn't what i was told when i bought the car. I said that and he proceeded to get very angry and had a terrible attitude. Told me that they didn't have to do the recall nor did they have to work on our car. He acted like they have customers knocking down they're doors and they don't need us or anyone we know to do business there, He literally told me come pick up your car we don't have to work on your car. I said just do the recall warranty and get it done as nicely as i could. This is from a Dealership that we have bought 2 cars from and have sent people there and probably would have done further business with them . At his Request we will not do Business with a company that does not want our business. This is the same car i was told when i bought it that it had an extended warranty and i have the window sticker to prove it. Bait and switch and are not trustworthy
