Our return to Youngblood resulted in the purchase of a 2020 Kia Soul due to the outstanding service provided to us by Rick Bice. Out of all cars we have bought over many years, Rick moves to the top of the list of salesmen. He made the transaction quick and easy. Some what disappointed First we were there for a KIA but we were taken to a Nissan sales person who knew nothing of KIAs. We received a mailer for a sale on KIAs that had 4 First we were there for a KIA but we were taken to a Nissan sales person who knew nothing of KIAs. We received a mailer for a sale on KIAs that had 4 coupons, $1000 off, o percent financing, etc., non of which were even considered in our deal. The finance manager got real short and snippy when I turned now his "extras". Very unprofessional. And a different sales person gave us a 5 min explanation of the car. And we were at the dealership for almost 6 hours. More

We had an appointment with one salesman who wasn't available when we got there, so we were helped by Rick. He listened to what we felt was important to us and only offered us autos that fit our needs. So, with no muss, no fuss, today, we got our second Kia. We still have our Kia Sportage with 109,000 miles (that runs like new) and now we have a BEAUTIFUL 2019 Kia Serento too! If and when I'm ready to exchange my Sportage, we'll go to Rick at Youngblood Kia again. More
