Excellent Service Department I always have a positive experience at this dealership, and Nick Mayberry has constantly been great to deal with. My actual time waiting was less than quoted, and while I was there everyone was exceptionally nice. There was hot coffee, snacks, and cold bottled water. I also enjoyed watching the big screen TV. When my car was done it was as clean as new, with a lustrous shine. Everyone usually dreads going to get their vehicle serviced, but when you are at Youngblood Kia, the wait is short and enjoyable. Nick arranged for a bit of touch up paint, vacuumed and cleaned the car, and left a bottle of cold water in the car. This was actually a pleasant experience Normally, I don't like to have work done on my car. Who has time for that? So annoying, and yet an oil change is a necessity. On Monday, Nick met me at the door, we discussed the oil change (I presented coupons the dealership had sent me in the mail because I'm a dork like that, Nick was unfazed.) Upon entering the waiting area and there were plenty of places to sit with free snacks, chilled bottled water and wifi. Nick found me when everything was complete, stayed with my while I paid my (less than anticipated) bill and walked me to my car. When he opened the door for me, the whole car had been vacuumed, washed and there was a chilled bottle of water balanced on my steering wheel. I was very impressed with Nick's professionalism and the exemplary (and much improved!) quality of service I observed from the other technicians. More
Service to the Fullest I had service done on my Dodge Ram truck.I took it in for oil change,Rear brakes and transmission fluid flush and fill.When work was complete I pic I had service done on my Dodge Ram truck.I took it in for oil change,Rear brakes and transmission fluid flush and fill.When work was complete I picked it up and was told if I had a problem to let them know.The next day I returned due to leaks under the truck.To make a long story short the Service Dept. did what needed done to solve the problem at NO ADDITIONAL COST to me.They worked hard and diligently to find the problem and get it fixed. I also then had front brakes put on my truck.It runs very smoothly and STOPS well now. More
