Thank you for your response! I completely understand how that price quote could cause that reaction. I wish we could install light bulbs at no charge; but because we pay our technicians to install them, (and therefore, warranty the installation), unfortunately we cannot. I'm saddened that you wish to have your vehicle serviced elsewhere in the future; but I hope that if you change your mind, you might give us the opportunity to re-earn your business..
