Not helpful, just wanted to upsell I will start by saying that this rating is for service only. Took car in for oil change and tire rotation since I received a coupon. They rotated tires and obviously didn't balance them so the Jeep was so loud and driving really rough. Called back and told them and was quoted for 4 new tires that were fine before we took it in. We said we weren't buying new tires from them and we just wanted it fixed, switch the tires back if necessary. They told us to bring it back and instead of balancing they just switched the tires back. Gave some ridiculous excuse about why it did that, to help validate the the need for new tires (which we don't need yet!) We were having an issue with rough idle and it's under warranty but they wanted to schedule another appointment and wouldn't address the rough idle at the time. Ok that was fine but instead of wanting to actually diagnose the idle problem they wanted to do a fuel flush for $180 and said it was a 50/50 chance that would fix it. We obviously declined and took it to our local mechanic who actually diagnosed it and was honest and told us the problem was a coil pack, which we can obviously take care of ourselves. We replaced in less than 5 minutes and car is fine now. They basically just want to charge and charge you for unnecessary services. It's disappointing that you can't trust them. We won't go back unless it is an absolutely necessary, warranty covered issue and we have to. More

Took care of me and my vehicle Ryan Grabill did a great job making a difficult situation much better. I took my truck in for new tires and alignment. I was supposed to pick up my Ryan Grabill did a great job making a difficult situation much better. I took my truck in for new tires and alignment. I was supposed to pick up my vehicle at closing time, but when I arrived, the mechanics had encountered some problems that delayed the completion of the service. After waiting awhile, Ryan suggested that in order to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction, they might keep the vehicle overnight and provide me a loaner until everything was finished. This they did and I picked up my vehicle the next day without any trouble and returned the loaner. I appreciated that rather than rush the job and return the vehicle incomplete, Ryan took adequate time to ensure the job was done right. I had never used Youngblood's service department before, but I will be sure to return in the future and would recommend them highly. More
