Thank you for your feedback! I can certainly understand your frustration and please know, we have absolutely no incentive to not repair a vehicle. We are however, always subject to the manufacturers' coverage determination, and in this case, the manufacturer determined that coverage was not applicable based on their assessment of improper maintenance.
