He was a good listener, very friendly and informative. The service department, as well as the representatives of the dealership were not only very efficient, but went the extra mile to be friendly and courteous. I have moved around several times in the past few years, and this is our third Kia, so we have had to experience several different dealerships. The level of customer service provided by Youngblood was topnotch, something I have unfortunately found lacking all too often. They checked on me regularly while I waited on my Sorento to see if I needed anything, offered beverages and snacks, kept me informed so I could make good choices without trying to upsell me, and completed my service in a timely fashion! I was very impressed, especially with Nick, and would highly recommend Youngblood Kia! More

First time working with dealership - Excellent experience! I was hesitant to work with a dealership in finding a vehicle. Always paid cash and was a little nervous. I have had nothing but great experiences sin I was hesitant to work with a dealership in finding a vehicle. Always paid cash and was a little nervous. I have had nothing but great experiences since I've been there. I ended up getting the added warranty, and while pricey I believe this was a really prudent decision. It feels good to know I'm going to have a quality vehicle for a time. Ryan in service takes care of your vehicle like it's his own. Thanks Guys! More

In addition, Darwin Graham the Service Advisor was very nice and pleasant to work with. He notified me as soon as the service on my car was complete and he did an excellent job having the paper work and my car ready for me when I arrived to pick it up. The shuttle driver Bruce was excellent as well. I needed the shuttle service to take me home and pick me up and Bruce did a fantastic job working around my schedule. Again, this was great service, great people, and a great experience overall. More
Great Customer Service Went to Youngblood Chrysler for oil change. Was told my oil change would take an hour for a scheduled appointment. I was not happy, but accepted. I Went to Youngblood Chrysler for oil change. Was told my oil change would take an hour for a scheduled appointment. I was not happy, but accepted. I waited for almost two hours before any response. Ryan G came to me and explained the backup and because of my wait, he gave a full additional oil change. Being as the change was for full synthetic, it is not cheap. That's customer service and I appreciate Youngblood admitting it was mainly their fault. Will recommend them. More
I'll never go anywhere else! I was having engine issues on my Jeep and needing service couldn't have come at worse time. I took it in to my Service Adivsor, Ryan Grabill, and he went out of his way to make sure I was prepared as I possibly could be, addressing everything from a rental car, to the time frame, to the cost. being so well prepared, there were no surprises and I couldn't be happier. They even finished earlier than expected. Ryan's knowledge, understanding and caring made all the difference and it's great to have a dealership that is on top of the latest technology. Amazing Staff in all Departments I was visiting a family member in Springfield,Missouri,a great distance from my home Kia dealership. My Kia Sportage was due for an oil change and service while visiting there, and Youngblood Kia got me in right away. These people were exceptional and treated me like a King, even tho I did not purchase my car there. Nick Mayberry, the Service Advisor, was so professional, and I was in awe of how well everyone treated me. When its time to trade for a new Kia in a few years, I may just drive a great distance to Youngblood Kia because I was so impressed with everyone at this Dealership. More
