Easiest purchase ever! I went through the buying process with my 2 kids and it was absolutely the easiest and most stress-free car purchase ever! Extremely slow service I scheduled an appointment online for 7:15am and they confirmed it. When I arrived and got checked in they said the mechanics don't show up until 8am I scheduled an appointment online for 7:15am and they confirmed it. When I arrived and got checked in they said the mechanics don't show up until 8am. Who manages this process and why would someone be able to schedule an appointment when there are no mechanics on duty? So there's a 45 minute wait before any work is started. Then it took 2.5 hours after the mechanics arrived to complete an oil change and coolant flush. I could've slept in some more and wasn't expecting it to take half a day for this service. Everyone was was friendly and the place was clean, just extremely slow and would recommend updating their service times to align with the mechanic's schedules. This also wasn't the first time I've experienced slow service either. Seems like even just an oil change takes 1.5-2 hours. More

When I arrived at the dealer the car was pulled up front and warmed up. The negotiation was low pressure. Everything went smooth. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Youngblood over the last 20 years. I will definitely do business with them again. More

When I pulled into service bay I was addressed immediately reconfirmed what was needed, he gave me a time frame and it was completed without incident. I was asked if I need transportation to go elsewhere but had a ride at the ready. Also, was shown where all the "goodies" could be found, Found the car to be tidy and ready to go. More

Have plenty of time if you need an oil change The service dept does a great job. The facilities and waiting areas with their amenities are great. Staff is very friendly and almost every one that passes by will greet and ask if everything is going ok and if there's anything they can do or get for you. My only complaint was the amount of time taken to get service completed. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of the appointment time. Was immediately greeted and paperwork processed. Was told it would take about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Seemed a bit long to drain and replace oil and filter, but ok. I've changed oil on vehicles all my life, and know that it takes about 20 minutes just laying on my back in the driveway without any special lifts, or tools, or daily experience with the process. I know that they do other checks as well, and also wash the vehicle, which is a very nice touch, so that will take a bit extra time, but it was a full 2 hours from drop off to drive away. I don't know what their service dept vehicle flow is, but it seems to me that if you have a 10 o'clock appointment and you arrive on time, that the tech should be working on your vehicle shortly after 10:05 and if at all competent, be completed well before 11. Though happy with the final result and the value for the dollar, I think that they really need to work on their promptness. Maybe this was an isolated incident. I sure hope so. Everything else was fine. More
