I appreciate many of the small things offered by this Service Department like offering rides, snacks, a comfortable waiting area with a lot of support for personal electronics and Rowdy's friendly face and yummy popcorn. Being escorted to my vehicle and having it returned cleaner than when it went in is also nice. More
Great Customer Service I had been looking online for a newer SUV. The Kia Sportage caught my eye. I gave my info online and a gentleman by the name of Roy Line called me. I had been looking online for a newer SUV. The Kia Sportage caught my eye. I gave my info online and a gentleman by the name of Roy Line called me. We set up an appointment for the next day. I immediately liked this guy. He wasn't a pushy salesman like some car places are. He asked me what I was looking for. I am on a budget. So he took me to the used car lot. I saw what I wanted right away ! It was priced right too. We took it for a drive. I was amazed at how much he knew about this car ! I mean he knew every button ! What was more amazing was that I found out he was pretty new to the business. I thought he had been working there a long time. The other guy, Laz was very nice too. He did all the paperwork. He did his best to get me with a good lender. Overall, this was one of the easiest and best car buys I have ever experienced. Thank you Roy. Laz and Kia Youngblood. More
2019 Kia Optima The vehicle I loved for nearly 10 years and more than 200k miles finally left me with the need for a new set of wheels that was more dependable. While a small part of me was looking forward to something shiny and new, I dreaded the process of getting there. I even brought my mom along as a buffer, since she’s well versed in the process and can quite literally talk to ANYONE, taking some pressure off me. The vision and memory of salespersons and finance departments being pushy and slimey left me less than enthused. Enter Youngblood Kia. Our salesman, Rick Bice, met us right away, as we had called previously to set up an appointment and told him some of my requests. He had two vehicles already pulled out, defrosted and warm (I should mention it was 19 degrees out). From the get go, he was honest and personable without being like that over-the-top server that checks on you every 2 seconds with a fake cheesy grin in hopes of a tip. He was laid back and gave me information that was pertinent but not overwhelming, He went above and beyond to continue to search for vehicles that matched the features that were important to me and didn’t act the slightest bit pushy. I got my choices narrowed down to two I liked and asked him to run numbers. He introduced us to Aaron Swanson who went through the numbers, and I never felt pressured at all. In fact, when I mentioned I had made an appointment to see a few vehicles at another dealership, he welcomed me to take the information, enjoy the afternoon and my other appts and just to let one of them know if they could do anything, I returned after going two other places. While I could get similar pricing, the SERVICE I had at Youngblood Kia stood head and shoulders above the others. I promptly returned, calling them on my way back, and by the time I arrived, they had everything laid out and ready for me, my new car fueled and washed, and after spending around 30 minutes with Amanda Hubner (who was every bit as incredible as the rest of the staff), I was sitting in my new car going over the fun features with Rick. It was such a better experience than I have ever gotten elsewhere and better than I expected. With this kind of staff, attitude, and service, I will ONLY be going to Youngblood for my car needs in the future. More

Three different employee asked me if I wanted water while I waited. When my service was completed my Jeep was washed, running with the heat on, and bottle of water in the cup holder. Coupons sent to me in the mail plus Gold Card made my cost low. More

Awesome Service I was well taken care of at this dealership. My car is only serviced at YOUNGBLOOD KIA. I arrived and was checked in immediately. I was greeted by Row I was well taken care of at this dealership. My car is only serviced at YOUNGBLOOD KIA. I arrived and was checked in immediately. I was greeted by Rowdy in the waiting area and was offered a beverage as well as a snack. My fiancé and I were taken by Seth to grab food as well as drop off my fiancé at work. The shuttle was not available and since we were on a time crunch he offered to take care of our needs. Once my car was in the garage I received a courtesy call/text from Nick to let me know that my car was beginning to be serviced. KIA associates recommended what was best for my car based off of the mileage of my vehicle. All associates were kind and pleasant my entire visit. Thank you gentlemen for what you do! 😀 More
