Very Satisfied I have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee that didn't shift correctly at times. I felt that it needed a new transmission and Ryan explained to me that he had to co I have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee that didn't shift correctly at times. I felt that it needed a new transmission and Ryan explained to me that he had to complete the recommended list of two possibilities before he could replace the transmission. First fix, reset the computer, didn't help. Second, new Valve body. When he realized the valve body didn't fix the issue he ordered a new transmission. He saved me a third 1.5 hour one way trip when he realized it didn't fix the issue. He also contacted the extended warranty co. regarding a heating issue (I didn't call, they did). It was somewhat difficult to connect by phone with him, either he had to leave a message or I did, so we played phone tag. Overall, I am very pleased. Ryan explained a lot of things to us that we had no idea what was/is taking place. Will continue to go to Youngblood for further service. THANK YOU More
