Finance department was not honest I will start off by saying my sales guy John Wayne was great. I have no problems with him. With that being said we live 3 hours from this dealer and did most of the deal before we got there. I told John the price we didn't want to go over we discussed that if he could get us there we would come down and buy. Sent him detailed pics of trade and he said come on down we can do the deal at the discussed price. I asked him again are you sure we can do it at that discussed price and he said yes come on down so we did. When we got there and sat down to sign paperwork the finance guy says ok here you go and it was 20 dollars higher then discussed. When I told him I wouldn't buy the car he said he would through gap insurance in wow a $800 value. So I told him no. Then he came back with a lower payment , not what we discussed though and said he bought down my interest rate to get a lower payment? Said our percent went from 8% to 6%. Now that is hard to believe because our credit is really good and had other banks offer us lower at other dealers and what is buy down mean in the car business anyway. The whole end of the deal after it left the salesman's hand was a bad experience with a shady individual that I could tell was feeding me lies.if you can buy a car somewhere else .....do. More

Experienced car trouble while moving daughter into college We were from Indiana moving our daughter into college. We experienced problems with our Kia on Saturday and took it to a Goodyear that was open on Sun We were from Indiana moving our daughter into college. We experienced problems with our Kia on Saturday and took it to a Goodyear that was open on Sunday. They did not have the part and we had checked our extended warranty papers and it was covered so I called Kia Youngblood first thing Monday morning and talked to Nick in service. He worked our car in and it ended up not even being what Goodyear said. Nick said they had to order the part so the warranty provided us a rental car and we went home and then I came back on Thursday and picked up the car and returned the rental car. Nick was great and worked it all out with the warranty company. Thanks Nick for all of your help. More
Great!! I visited the service center for an oil change. The service was professional, timely and courteous. Would definitely reccomend youngblood whether you're a first time buyer or on your umpteenth car. Nothing shady about their tactics, they are open about the cost of the car and payments and listen to your needs instead of trying to upsell you on stuff. Complimentary snacks while you wait, place for the kids to play and comfortable chairs with a TV, The staff was all very friendly and during the process you actually get to know everyone that you'll encounter again. It doesnt feel like they want to take advantage of you they seem to actually care. GREAT EXPERIENCE. More
