Youngblood is the worst I bought a car within 5 months having it the door interior starts falling apart I was told not there problem its costing me $400 to get fixed out of p I bought a car within 5 months having it the door interior starts falling apart I was told not there problem its costing me $400 to get fixed out of pocket then 3 days later the transmission went out warranty cover the transmission bit I had to settle for used transmission tht they cant tell me nothing about and I still had to pay $540 bucks also while they had my car they said the battery exploded then they left me for 2 weeks o. Foot I was supposed to have a loaner car if anything happened to my car I payed for these services with my warranty I called for the 2 weeks straight trying to get my loaner and no one would return my calls I was left right at 2 weeks of paying and bumming rides More
Quick, reliable customer service My AC started blowing warm air while I was in Olathe for work. I pulled into the Olathe Kia dealership at 60,008 miles, and was told my condenser was My AC started blowing warm air while I was in Olathe for work. I pulled into the Olathe Kia dealership at 60,008 miles, and was told my condenser was leaking and my warranty expired at 60,000 miles. Luckily, I purchased the extended warranty when I bought my car. Olathe Kia contacted the warranty company and they wanted to send out an inspector to see if my warranty would cover it. I had to get back to Springfield, so I took it in to Youngblood Kia first thing the following day. They inspected it, contacted the warranty company to let them know what they found, and the warranty company trusted their word and covered replacing the condenser AND a rental while it was being worked on. Nick was great and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. I always receive great customer service from him. While I didn't purchase my current Kia Soul from Youngblood, I plan on purchasing my next one from them. I've got my eye on the Niro. More

Top notch experience I had an airbag safety recall that was estimated to be 3 hours to repair. Youngblood did it in half the time! Not only were they timely but they took care of my seatbelt warning light and washed my car at no additional charge. Wes was my service advisor, he was knowledgeable and his service excellent. I have been talked down to at other dealerships/service departments and had terrible experiences in the past, but they treated me like a person and took time to explain my vehicles issue. They were so courteous and accommodating to my kids and I as we waited. They checked in regularly with me regarding the progress of my vehicle. The shuttle driver was also great! More
1500 mile oil change I was taken to Nick as soon as I arrived. I've dealt with Conrad in the past with my 2016 Soul, who i really enjoy working with, but Nick is very nic I was taken to Nick as soon as I arrived. I've dealt with Conrad in the past with my 2016 Soul, who i really enjoy working with, but Nick is very nice and seems knowledgeable. I went to the waiting area where I was offered refreshments. Later a young man asked if I needed an update on my cat, which I refused add I knew it would take a couple hours. When my car was finished, Nick came and got me, informed me of what was done to my car, thanks me and escorted me to my car. Pleasant experience! More
