Quick, Easy, Complete, Customer Satisfaction My wife had an issue with her car not starting one day due to the car not recognizing the key fob. There was also an issue with the Entertainment sys My wife had an issue with her car not starting one day due to the car not recognizing the key fob. There was also an issue with the Entertainment system not functioning at one time. She bought the car at a Nissan dealership in Fort Worth, TX about two years ago, but live in Fordland, MO now. Went to Youngblood Nissan in Springfield, MO and met Wes Oldham a Servis Advisor. Wes took all of the information needed and setup an appointment for the service techs to look at the vehicle. It took just under two hours and fixed the issue with the key fob, and performed a software upgrade for the entertainment system, and also had the car washed. Wes is also from the DFW Metro area and it was a pleasure talking to him and learning more about the dealership as well as the are of Springfield. Wes and everyone else was professional, courteous, and very helpful, and one of my ways of telling how a dealership’s climate is, is by the demeanor and attitude of the service customers. The customers were engaging in conversation and all seemed to be in good spirits. I had a great experience at Youngblood Nissan of Springfield, MO and plan on them handling all of my service needs including my Infinit G35 Coupe! More

Service Not Like it used to be I have purchased two Kia Optimas from Youngblood. I have always been very satisfied with the service department. When I left I felt as though my car I have purchased two Kia Optimas from Youngblood. I have always been very satisfied with the service department. When I left I felt as though my car had been in good hands. The past two experiences have been below expectations. Slow, they forget to notify me my car is ready while I’m waiting on it. It seems like it’s not up to Kia Standards. I will try again but very disappointed with my last two experience having my car serviced there. More

Didn’t have good service Was told my car only needed a new battery an new filters so I take it home to put it in myself an the car still has all the lights on in it an the car Was told my car only needed a new battery an new filters so I take it home to put it in myself an the car still has all the lights on in it an the car acts like it won’t accelerate at all. They wanted me to pay them $350 for a new battery an 130 for them just telling me what was wrong with it I’m so glad I didn’t pay that cause it obviously didn’t fix my car like they said it would. I will never buy another Kia nor take my car there ever again. More

I was satisfied with my service I came in for two year inspection. The tech that took care mention that I was ready for 50k mile oil replacing..
