Reliable Service I have a Nissan Sentra. The service department is helpful and courteous. They schedule maintenance conveniently for me. I live in a rural area of Miss I have a Nissan Sentra. The service department is helpful and courteous. They schedule maintenance conveniently for me. I live in a rural area of Missouri that is almost a 2 hour drive from Youngblood Nissan in Springfield. I don’t believe their rates are any more costly than some other maintenance companies might be. The main reason I use a Nissan dealer is reliability and I believe they will recommend proper servicing and repairs. A plus is when they repair my cost for less than I think it might cost. My Nissan has been serviced by Youngblood 10 years. It runs great. More

Service Brought 2010 Chrysler 300 that I had bought new from them in to have transmission and power steering fluid replaced. Called in Friday for Monday 12:30 Brought 2010 Chrysler 300 that I had bought new from them in to have transmission and power steering fluid replaced. Called in Friday for Monday 12:30 appointment and ask if they could take me to doctors appointment as live out of town. Got there at 12:30 and was going across street to eat before going to Dr. They said let us take you across street as is busy street and no crosswalk close. Did and got restaurant and it was closed so driver to us to another restaurant he suggested. Was better that where we were going. We then called and he picked us up took us to Dr. ect. He picked us up from Dr. appt. and when we got back car was ready to go. Everyone very helpful as always. More

Very Impressed I had to take my car in for a recall repair. The service advisor Wes was super nice and the process was smooth. Since it was more convenient to drop m I had to take my car in for a recall repair. The service advisor Wes was super nice and the process was smooth. Since it was more convenient to drop my car off, they provided a shuttle to my work for free. I was also given a summary of repair suggestions which was very helpful since I'm the 2nd owner and have only had the car a little over a year and I'm not sure what all needs to be done. They also put a bottled water in my car at pick-up which I thought was an extra touch of customer service! I've had to deal with another dealership and model of car for a recall and it was an absolute nightmare. Youngblood was quick, clean and everyone was friendly. More
