Oil change, attempt to purchase Very expensive for an oil change and tire rotation. I watched other vehicles come back being washed, mine didn’t. Also watched other cars be brought in the garage section for pick-up. Mine was drove around the garage on the opposite side of the door. This is the same service you can get from Walmart for $50 less. Not impressed at all. This is also the dealership we originally went to to purchase and were told they would never be able to get us in the monthly payment range we needed. Ended up going to a different Nissan dealership and not only got the monthly payment we needed but also a much better offer for our trade as well as a better interest rate. I will never again attempt to purchase any vehicle here nor pay the ridiculous price for an oil change and tire rotation here again. More
I don't care for the $200 fee for doing paperwork When the paperwork was almost finished. I was told the car only came with one key and I would have to pay almost $200 if I wanted another one. An oasis in a desert of crappy dealerships I spoke with several dealerships in my search from Kansas City, Tulsa to Joplin and finally Springfield. Every dealership has their own way of getting you in the door. Don't believe the price you see on the internet, it is just to get you in the door so you can find out you don't qualify for the rebates. Yes, I am a veteran but did not retire from the military, no rebate, and no I did not just graduate from college. I wish I was still that young! But I knew this going in because I am smart enough to read the entire page including the fine print. So, I went in with a number that I would pay for the vehicle I wanted to 6 dealerships, Youngblood being the 7th and 2 hours from my home. Everybody tried to work me over in one way or another EXCEPT Youngblood. They hit my number within 199.00 (Doc Fee) and it was a done deal. In finance with Steve I did feel the pressure to buy the warranty, they really make it sound like a good deal and I took the bait, time will tell if that was a good decision or not. Now I'm 2 hours from home with 2 vehicles. They had a person drive the vehicle I purchased and another person drive another vehicle and they both followed me home in the vehicle I had driven. Fantastic! That was a huge help for me getting the car home without any inconvenience. Overall, a good day. More
False Advertising if you don’t qualify for all the “rebates” We had been looking for a car for a while and came across one at Youngblood in Springfield. The internet price would be considered false advertising (unless you read the fine print located somewhere else on the website of course). We drove an hour and fifteen minutes to get there and found out we only qualified for one rebate, therefore the car was another thousand dollars than it was listed as online. We didn’t buy the car that night due to this and we were quite frustrated. Later the salesman contacted us and made us deal to sell it as the advertised price online, we ended up buying it because it was a good deal; and we liked the car of course. We weren’t happy about the “bait and switch” that they pulled with us, but other than that great service. The two salesman we worked with were excellent (Jon Soloman & Austin Massey). However, the gentlemen that worked with us on the loan (Steve Green) was very condescending toward us, and almost seemed to belittle us for not purchasing any warranty’s. More

He worked around my schedule allowing us to get familiar with the vehicle before buying. His service was far and above what we expected from a car dealership!
