From the guys I encountered in the parking lot who told me to pull into the service bay, to the young woman at the rental counter, to my technician Chase Wells - everyone was extremely helpful and personable without being obsequious. Many employees helped with my large dogs (one mine, one a friend's), who were very excited and therefore a real handful. I apppreciated that so much! The facility is squeaky-clean, with a pleasant waiting area with free coffee, refridgerated bottled water, and t.v. It was also clear that employee morale throughout the business was really great - and that's an indicator, imo, of a thriving, decent business. I highly recommend Youngblood Nissan and look forward to any future dealings with them! More

I wasn't told I needed anything done today, which I requested at one time awhile back. We have not always seen eye to eye on this issue; but since the Service Manager got involved, I have no problems anymore. I bought my car in 2001 and received the perk of oil changes that run $11 to $13 that is honored every time I take it in. They even left me a bottle of water in the seat with the rate them card. I drove off a happy woman. More
