Having moved closer to Springfield, I decided to give their service department a try making an appointment for some basic maintenance service. It didn't look good when I arrived at 10AM with several cars lined up at the service door, but it wasn't long before they had me inside taking my vehicle off to be serviced. Everyone was friendly & courteous. They have a wonderful waiting room and the work was completed in about the time they told me it would be. I was very satisfied with my experience. As I waited, I visited with Greg Meyer in the showroom. He was very friendly & seemed to be knowledgeable answering my questions about the new Rogue & Murano. More

Couldnt be happier. I didnt have any down payment. I didnt have the best credit. I thought they would pressure me into getting a vehicle i didnt want or show me the door I didnt have any down payment. I didnt have the best credit. I got the vehicle I wanted, newer than expected, at a lower interest rate than my bank offered, and several thousand under sticker price. He consistently checked on me in the waiting area, which made me feel like a valued customer. I am definitely going to take my Nissan here for service because I know they are not trying to get as much money out of me as possible.
