30,000 mile maintenance + regular service I am very pleased with service and attention given to my questions by my Service Advisor, Chase Wells. This visit was for my 30,000 mile maintenance I am very pleased with service and attention given to my questions by my Service Advisor, Chase Wells. This visit was for my 30,000 mile maintenance service + routine regular service and it was done in a timely fashion. Also, Chase helped me by finding some discounts allowed for the service as it was a very costly maintenance service. I appreciate his carefully explaining the details to me, so that I can understand the process and necessity of the items needed. My only complaint would be that when my car was ready to go, it had been washed, but still had lots of bugs on the front. That just didn't measure up to excellent customer service. If they are going to wash it, seems like it should be clean when finished. Chase had them take it back and it was returned in much better condition. Also, there was no sticker in the window to remind me of next service. I realize the computer on the car does this now, but I am accustomed to having the sticker. They did put one in place when I requested it. It might make one question the overall quality of the service if the little things are not up to par. More

Excellent service Just had my new vehicle there for it's first service and everyone I spoke with were very pleasant and did a great job. The initial bill came out showing synthetic oil when it only had the Nissan recommended oil put in so took a few minutes to get that straight which was no big deal however the young lady in the cashiers office took $10.00 off the bill for the wait. Hadn't expected that and it was a very kind thing to do. They also washed the vehicle which also wasn't expected. We'd just returned the day before from a trip of 3997 miles on the vehicle from start to finish so my next stop was going to be a car wash. Great job to all there and thanks. Jerry More
