Certainly great service Travelling through Missouri when I noticed a fog light was out. Stopped into the dealership as I wanted to be sure to get correct replacement as well as having it installed. Even though it was lunchtime they quickly took my info. They did do a quick wheel alignment assessment and advised me of the results. They also did an overview of fluid levels, washed my car and left a bottle of cold water in the cup holder!! Meanwhile they had escorted me to a waiting area with comfortable chairs, a TV, free snacks and coffee and water. Of course the new Nissans in the showroom captured my eye and I checked them out! Smart marketing and great service! An hour later I was on the road to continue my journey. I felt comfortable that I got satisfactory service of my vehicle and that I could continue on home safely! Great Service I purchased my wife's 2011 Nissan Juke on the Kia lot of John Youngblood Kia. Right down the road is Youngblood Nissan. To be honest my experience p I purchased my wife's 2011 Nissan Juke on the Kia lot of John Youngblood Kia. Right down the road is Youngblood Nissan. To be honest my experience purchasing the vehicle was mixed. The young man that assisted me in purchasing the vehicle was actually more familiar with Kia then Nissan and there were some inaccuracies with what he told me about the vehicle that I found out later were not correct. I understood that there was a recall on timing chains on the 2011 Juke vehicles and I wanted to make sure that it was taken care of after I purchased it. The salesman called someone then he insured me that our vehicle was not covered under this recall because it was VIN specific and our car was in the clear. A few days later I took the car to Youngblood Nissan to have it checked out completely because my wife will be on the road by herself and I wanted to make certain that it was safe and road worthy. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received at Youngblood Nissan. I found out that our car was in fact part of the recall and that the timing chain and guides were completely replaced prior to it going on the sales lot. I had a complete inspection done, and the transmission service also done during my visit. I am now confident that the car is completely safe for my wife to drive on the highway by herself. I was totally impressed by my service adviser Eric and the customer service I received at this Nissan dealership. I did not have an appointment but I was still treated to exceptional customer service. What can I say, Eric is the best!! More

Being senior citizens, we do not drive a great deal, so the age of the car and the current mileage are way below normal. Our service advisor, Daniel Chitwood, has always been extremely friendly, helpful and understanding of the situation and helps us keep everything running smoothly. Other than the distance between our home and the dealership, we have only high praises for Youngblood Motors. More

Nice but incredibly slow at changing oil These people are very nice and I do recommend them if you are going to buy a car... however, I was scheduled for an 11am oil change and didn't leave u These people are very nice and I do recommend them if you are going to buy a car... however, I was scheduled for an 11am oil change and didn't leave until almost 12:30. That is absolutely ridiculous considering there weren't very many people there and also considering I had an appointment. I work overnights and my time is very limited when I can make appointments to tend to my vehicle. I'm considering not returning for my next oil change. More

Even though I financed elsewhere Darwin always stayed in touch and understood that my Father Rey and I were still looking around and shopping for the best deal around. I absolutely love the 2014 Nissan Sentra with only 46000 miles that I bought. Darwin was never high pressure but was always honest and forthcoming when it came to addressing any concerns as far as resale value and remaining warranty information on the vehicle. When the time comes in 3 to 4 years to trade in for a newer car and I can only hope Darwin will still be at John Youngblood Nissan since I will be looking for him to set me up in another car.
