Just bought our new Nissan armada and wanted to share our experience. I have to say I don't usually enjoy new car shopping but this purchase made me wonder why it sometimes has to be so hard. Our sales person was TJ Brice i would recommend visiting him to see how buying a new car should be done. He Is very professional and sincere. We were never pressured, TJ was patient while we drove and found the suv for us. It was getting late so we didn't purchase it that day. Surprisingly we weren't chased to our car saying you have to buy now. We were thanked for coming in and told he would love the opportunity to help in anyway he could. We left and within an hour I had an email thanking us for our visit and a call this morning asking if we had any questions. That's the way it should be done Thanks Youngblood Jeff Fahrlander More

I have bought from Youngbloods in the past. I bought a new car last Friday and had a great experience. I signed all paperwork on Friday without seeing or driving the car I purchased. The dealership had to find the car I wanted as they had none on their lot in Springfield. Within an hour they had located the car I wanted with all the bells and whistles I desired. Recently moved to Springfield from Colorado. Within a week of arrival to town, my vehicle started having troubles. Took my car to Youngblood Service Department. The way I was treated was fantastic from beginning to end. Repairs ended up being less than originally quoted and car was done 1 day earlier than expected. They even gave me a brand new vehicle as a rental with no extra cost for the rental. Sometimes having your vehicle worked on can be stressful for women. Youngblood's service department treated me with respect and I will be taking my car there for all repairs in the future! More
I bought a Nissan Pathfinder in 2001 and had a great experience and now buying a 2011 pathfinde and again I have had a great experience. The only negative thing I have to say, is it takes too long to g experience and now buying a 2011 pathfinde and again I have had a great experience. Andy and Sean were both awesome! They helped me with getting my car's furry friends(rodents) moved out of the duct work and getting my blower motor replaced. They made sure that I had a rental car after waiting hours for the insurance company to call me back. I do not know the names of the guys that worked on my car but they were also awesome in returning my car to me cleaner than what I dropped it off with everything working beautifully!! Youngblood Nissan was able to get me out of an older style SUV, I still owed money on; into a brand new SUV. And, I only increased my payment by $100 dollars. Also, other car lots told us are credit would only qualify us for 16% interest and Youngblood was able to get us %2.9 percent interest! I highly recommed Youngblood!
