We had a very good experience at Youngblood. The staff was friendly, acted like they really wanted to help us, and respected our time. Bobby(our salesman) listened to us and found what we were looking for and what we could afford. We also didn't feel pressured to buy stuff we didn't need during the finance process. A day after getting my car home from Youngblood, I noticed there was a display message saying that Service D was 8 days past due (above the odometer). I mentioned this to Brad when he emailed me askin noticed there was a display message saying that Service D was 8 days past due (above the odometer). I mentioned this to Brad when he emailed me asking how things were going and I never heard back. Yesterday morning I moved out from my garage and noticed a big oil spill on the floor, so took it to my mechanic. He did the service; that was being requested by the vehicle and found the bolt that secures the oil in the oil pan was not threaded right. Seems like two things that should have been taken care of when the vehicle was gone over? Guess I should be thankful that this only cost me an additional $175 (went ahead and did an oil change). Brad did a good job in this transaction, but not real sure how competent the service staff is? More

When we got there Gene met us outside, and from the very beginning, was extremely polite and helpful. He was never pushy, which is a major turn-off for both my wife and I. We ended up liking the experience so much, and the van so much that we decided to buy! The process took from 10 a.m. (when we got there) until after lunch. Gene was very kind, and brought our family lunch from Youngblood's break room while we were making the purchase; it was delicious rotisserie chicken! BJ worked extra hard and got us an unbelievable interest rate. We were originally told the van had a 7 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty, but BJ was able to get us a 7 year 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty. I thought the overall experience was great, and I would say you would be hard pressed to find better! It seemed that everyone there involved had our best interest in mind! I will only buy from Youngblood! More
I spoke to Andy Burkemper, a service adviser, in the service department about needed service on my Nissan Frontier LE Crew Cab 4x4. I had purchased the vehicle from this dealership when it was new. Andy was very courteous and well informed as to the services that should be performed. I scheduled an appointment to have the work done. Since I was coming from out of town, Andy had a couresy vehicle ready for me to use while my vehicle was in the shop. Andy kept me informed as to the progress on vehicle while it was being serviced. When the work was completed, Andy called me to advise me I could pick up the vehicle at my convenience. My experience with the dealership was both pleasant and satisfying. After driving my vehicle, I am completely satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle.
