After leaving the dealership I noticed a problem with the blinkers as we were ariving at a resturant to eat. I called the dealership and described the problem. They sent a service tech. with a car for us to drive and returned our Versa to the dealership and promptly solved the issue. At first I was upset that we had an issue with our new car but it was handled in such a professional manner that I could not have recieved any better treatment. This is our second purchase at Youngbloods and I would refer this dealership to anyone. More

I normally dislike buying a car, but Mark Sherrow and Rich Womack at Youngblood Nissan make it a wonderful experience. My husband and I have bought a total of six different vehicles at this dealership, Rich Womack at Youngblood Nissan make it a wonderful experience. No pressure, no hassle, honest and they make you feel like family. I live an hour away from this dealership and have a NIssan dealership in my own town, but would rather make the drive to Youngblood to purchase or for service. They are amazing! My husband and I bought a truck from Youngblood one cold and rainy Saturday. Jim Tannehill our salesman was right out there with us,either holding a coffee cup or an umbrella. 6 weeks later my husband and I and rainy Saturday. Jim found us the right one. Thanks to Youngblood for working with us but mostly Jim for all his hard work and great since of humor we will always buy our vehicles there. A month after the warranty expired, we had a brake switch that was faulty and would cost a great deal to replace. Andy and Sean worked with Nissan Corporate to ensure work was done at no cost to me. I came in from out of town and wanted a vehicle for my husband. My husband called to get some information and was treated great as well. They called me by name as I entered the office and walked me through what they were going to do today as we test drove the vehicle. I was looking for a particular amount to spend each month and they got me just that! Great interest rate, great payment, and was friendly the whole way through. I have to say, I don't need another vehicle, but am now looking daily (and will email them soon regarding my wants) and hope to do business with them again very soon. I have never had such a smooth experience before. Definitely worth my drive to see them again. Highly recommended and can't explain how extremely helpful they ALL were. More
