We went in to the dealership to look at tradeing our car that we had bought at pinegar in branson. pinegar would not work with us or even look at the car when it was makeing a sound very unhappy with them. that we had bought at pinegar in branson. pinegar would not work with us or even look at the car when it was makeing a sound very unhappy with them. youngblood nissan was very professional with us they made us fill like we were one of them even though we felt underdressed. they answered all questions we had and said they will find out the gear ratio of the truck. They took very good care of us and have called to make sure every is still good with our truck they really care about if we are happy with our purchase. they even filled up our tank before we left and gave us a temp tag. Greg and sean were able to help us out. and listened to everything we had to say or ask.We know alot of people in our community and we will tell everyone the positive and respect we have recieved from this company. we have told several people to go to youngblood. this was a great time for us. after pinegar treated us the way they did with our impala we swear we'd never buy a new vehicle but youngblood has changed our mind we ever want a new one we are going back in 11 years when our daughter can get a car we will be back for sure! thank you for giving us the reassurance there are still good companies out there who really care. Lucas listened to what I wanted done and reveiewed it all with me and had me sign the work order. When i returned I took some time to go over everything that was done ...I checked the oil level and new wiper with me and had me sign the work order. When i returned I took some time to go over everything that was done ...I checked the oil level and new wiper blades and tire pressure. i asked for and was granted a personal manual lug nut tourque test of all 4 wheel lug nuts and Lucas and George from the shop did that for me in my presence. I was told about the Nissan card that accumulates points/$ for work done to apply toward future service and agreed to sign up for that card. Lucas and the cashier took some time explaining this card to me and were very helpfull and attentive and friendly. I will definitely come back and plan on letting Youngblood Nissan service my Maxima in the future. Good job in all areas and I appreciate the great service! More
I scheduled an oil change & tire rotation. I also requested them to check out a noise. The front end was intermittently making a slight noise/humming sound. I went to Nissan knowing the car I wanted was a Versa. I went to Nissan knowing the car I wanted was a Versa. They only had one on the lot and another person interested. Michael asked us to wait and I went to Nissan knowing the car I wanted was a Versa. They only had one on the lot and another person interested. Michael asked us to wait and see what he could do. The other customer left without signing so I went after the car. Michael stayed and helped even after they closed at 6pm. He took care of me and made sure to have everything ready that he could before I left. When I came back the next day we finished the rest of the paperwork and I was done after only 2hrs. Mr. Nguyen helped me with the finances. He explained everything clearly and helped me understand all the financial details. Everyone at the Nissan dealership was friendly and helpful. Michael met me on the lot and did everything in his power to put me in a Versa and he was successful. I plan to recomend Youngblood to anyone looking for a car. The treatment was beyond exceptional and I hope that more business will treat their customers the same way More
