Excellence - As Always Youngblood Nissan is a truly amazing place. The staff, environment and everything is extraordinarily welcoming and wholehearted. I have owned my Nissan 350z for five (5) years this December. The Z has been serviced by Nissan all the time for every oil change, break change, alignment and everything to replacement of sensors and flushes, everything I precise and done on a timely matter. Being a part of the Ozark Z Club and having my Nissan Z33 has brought so much into my life and I’m thanksful for all of it. Purchasing a Nissan was the best thing that could have happened to me. Being surrounded by the individuals with the same passion is wonderful. I plan on purchasing my next Nissan (370z) at Youngblood. That is as long as they can get me something I’m looking for. Daniel Chitwood has been working with me and my Z for the past 3-4 years and he is a wonderful individual to work with. As well as all the mechanics who have worked on my car; THANK YOU GUYS! More

Customer frustrated yet again !!!!!!!!!!! i usually do not write reviews but John Youngblood customer service is poor to bad. this is the second time dealing with these people with negative i usually do not write reviews but John Youngblood customer service is poor to bad. this is the second time dealing with these people with negative response both times. first with saleman joe not ordering a spare tire like was in contract before i signed papers for a kia sportage 2017 . i had to walk in go to parts and ask if my tire was here . which was promised within 3 days . gentleman told no tire been ordered.. oh not right thing to tell me ... i insisted to talk to owner - manager . lets say i wasnt very happy ... had to wait on tire oh they wanted to charge me ha it was on contract. i called corporate to complain.. so here i am again frrustrated with a warranty issue with my airconditioner blowing hot air. took in tuesday aug 22, 2017 . david told me had to order part ok fine with , said be thrusday or friday for part to get here. they would call me!!!!! when came in . ok thrusday came friday came nothing . here it is wednesday aug 30. i called on my lunch phones rang and rang numerous times . i hung up thinking i dialed wrong number nope right number. i called back lady answered this time ask for parts . ask if my part was in he said yes it is in . omg!!!!!!! called right back rang 3-4 times prompt came in dial extension you need left message , to call me. here it is 530 ., no return call. i had enough . called kia corporate told them what going on . they called hmm they got through . got noah on phone explained to him why wasnt i called back when part came in to schedule appointment to get warranty done.. he didnt know, hmmmm . again . He said phones hasn't been working, really just a excuse .. Isn't this their job to call me back ? He asked when would I like to bring in i said very serious oh maybe last Thrusday , Friday , Saturday , Monday Tuesday , Wednesday ... My point is i wasn't called .........i asked why is a customer having to call your corp to get help and then you guys to check on part and schedule appointments when that is not my job . im not on payroll .!!!!!im so frustrated with this service and people in this dealership . now. duly marked with corp and noah . my car is fine everywhere else and i better not get down road after getting my car worked on and find lets says brakes goes out head lights dont work etc my point is better be 100%, when I drive off lot . I am not paying for your service screw ups!! There will not be 3rd time with you guys!!! So stay tuned take my car in aug 30 to get worked on .. Is this customer service any one would want??? I bought 2 new kia from these people , I would think I would get great service .. I have to pay excessive amount out for oil changes from these people I would think I would get discount since bought from them nope .. corporate wants me to call them back after picking up my car today .. bad experience!!!!!!!!!!!! I have purchased a new cord, after trying 3 others. It works off and on. Disappointed that it was not replaced. Craig said he had to work hard to keep from charging me which I totally appreciated. However, the car has 10,000 miles on it so I would have been a little upset if I had been charged. More

30,000 mile maintenance + regular service I am very pleased with service and attention given to my questions by my Service Advisor, Chase Wells. This visit was for my 30,000 mile maintenance I am very pleased with service and attention given to my questions by my Service Advisor, Chase Wells. This visit was for my 30,000 mile maintenance service + routine regular service and it was done in a timely fashion. Also, Chase helped me by finding some discounts allowed for the service as it was a very costly maintenance service. I appreciate his carefully explaining the details to me, so that I can understand the process and necessity of the items needed. My only complaint would be that when my car was ready to go, it had been washed, but still had lots of bugs on the front. That just didn't measure up to excellent customer service. If they are going to wash it, seems like it should be clean when finished. Chase had them take it back and it was returned in much better condition. Also, there was no sticker in the window to remind me of next service. I realize the computer on the car does this now, but I am accustomed to having the sticker. They did put one in place when I requested it. It might make one question the overall quality of the service if the little things are not up to par. More
