The dealership’s authorized AI digital agent explicitly ratified a sales price of $6,852 in writing and instructed me to "plan for pickup." However, when I attempted to finalize the purchase, the dealership staff refused to honor the ratified price. During our interaction, they utilized a "Two-Phone" pressure tactic to attempt to drive the price to nearly $50,000 and ultimately disconnected the call when I held them to the agreed-upon price. Due to the deceptive nature of this transaction, I have filed formal complaints and this matter is currently under active investigation with the following agencies: NYS Office of the Attorney General (File# 26-013554-M1) NYS Division of Consumer Protection (File# 20260223-003764-WEB) I have preserved all timestamped screenshots of the contract ratification. I strongly advise any potential customers to document all digital interactions with this dealership. When my wife and I bought our Terrain Denali back in November they went above and beyond to get the deal done they stayed in constant communication and made the process very easy, Jump forward to this past weekend I go in to trade in my jeep compass knowing I’d be upside down, not only did they completely undervalue my trade they told me they would call me as soon as they had more information and sent me on my way they called me today two days later had me come in and tried to sell me on an EV at first I was reluctant but after looking at it I was really excited about it they told me they would get everything put in and would call me shortly so I left excited I was getting a new car it wasn’t until 7:30 the sales person reached out and said sorry no deal. I’m not upset about being turned down it happens I’m upset about the lack of professionalism, communication, and being valued as a return customer. While I pay a premium utilizing a dealer for repairs, those repairs are at the top of industry standards as well as OEM parts. This is why I will continue to recommend and support Spurr and have brought 4 other people too Dennis. One gets what they pay for and Dennis and his team deliver. Thank you Dennis and team!!! More

I went ahead and contacted them via phone call as I was interested in a few vehicles, all of them were listed under their "Under $15k" promotion and after a bit of bouncing around with their representatives - they kept putting me on hold, but I persisted - I was told by an individual that works for their financial department that none of the cars I was interested in are $15k. This makes me wonder how many cars under their "special" are actually priced at $15k or less. Simply put, my issue with them is that they practice false advertising with hopes to get you to come in and when you do... they will try to upsell you. This is unethical and should not happen as there are buyers like me who are looking for an affordable car and we get excited about possibly getting a great car for a reasonable price, just to find out that it is all bull crap. Do not buy from this place! BUYER BEWARE! More

Have had good service there. Oil, Trans, Transfer, & Differential changes. Some Technical work on Differential. Need more Technical work on Torq converters and Transmition reprog Oil, Trans, Transfer, & Differential changes. Some Technical work on Differential. I've been going there since it was Mulkins Chevrolet and have not been disappointment with the work being done! If I did have any complaints, they would always address the issues!
