The issue I took my truck in to have diagnosed was not diagnosed. I found the technician had damaged the wiring by removing it's protective covering and flex conduit, leaving it exposed right next to the diagnosed. One of the service desk personnel looked at it as apologized. But, Brandi was dismissive and said she trusts the technicians, implying that I was not telling the truth. I've been taking my truck to St Anthony motors for 13 years. I paid them 13,000.00 to replace my engine last year. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time. I do not have the money to buy a brand new truck so, I need this one to last. I have trusted St Anthony motors with my vehicles because through the years, they have worked to earn my trust and have, in the past, proven to be honest and straight forward. After this experience, I will not be going back. There are more details to this story but, these were the highlights. More

Very good Part I needed was on back order , I was 1500 miles from home , on vacation . They found the part at another dealer and went and picked it up . Lost 2 days of vacation but got my truck back in ti miles from home , on vacation . They found the part at another dealer and went and picked it up . Lost 2 days of vacation but got my truck back in time to head home . So all in all it would have been better if it didnt happen , truck only had 18000 miles , but it worked out . Troy at St Anthony was super helpful . GMC dealer down the road in Rexburg , not so much . More
