I made at appointment online with a follow up call to Tara, giving her all my issues. Beside Tire rotation and 20,000 mile check up, I had an issue with wiper blades leaving a streak despite repeated cle Tara, giving her all my issues. She assured me they would look at all of these. When I dropped off my car I was asked what the reason for visit was. Caught off guard I only mentioned the wipers. Do not the notes follow my service request. When I did check out Dan said they did not check Fuel estimator or speedometer because not on his list. More

Brian was so very helpful and kind. There was a delay in getting the snow tires but he kept me informed and helped me get the best prices I could for all the service we had done to the car. The worst experience ever. Toyota doesn’t stand behind its engines. $9000 repair for 3 year old car. Wouldn’t work with us for payment.
