In short, I had a great experience at this dealer. I found the atmosphere at ST. J to be quite laid back and very different from other dealerships I have visited. Recall service Rich took great care of me when I brought my truck in to have some recalls taken care of. After I let him know that I would be waiting for my truck he Rich took great care of me when I brought my truck in to have some recalls taken care of. After I let him know that I would be waiting for my truck he let me know that the length of time would be about 8 hours and offered me a loaner so I didn’t have to spend the day in the waiting room. This turned out to be a great idea because he had to order parts that took 4 days to come in. Rich let me keep the loaner until my truck was ready. I will definitely be going back to St. J Auto for my future needs! More

Great experience with Nate & Travis buying my new Gladiator! A few days ago, I saw a black 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon listed on St. J's website. I had ordered nearly this identical vehicle back in April at a de A few days ago, I saw a black 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon listed on St. J's website. I had ordered nearly this identical vehicle back in April at a dealer closer to me and due to the demand of this new model, I was informed that my order was delayed and and to expect my Gladiator to arrive in August or later. After waiting for nearly 2 months, I decided to cancel the order after talking to Nate and made a bee-line to St. J Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Nate introduced me to Travis and let him take over from there! Travis was instrumental in walking me through all of the features of the new Jeep and you could tell he was very familiar with the Jeep line and this model. There was no BS or feelings of being misled working with the team at St. J - the entire process was very transparent...especially in the finance office working with Steve. Traditionally, this is the stage of the sales process where the experience of purchasing a new vehicle transitions from excitement to anxiety. That certainly was not the case with Steve - he walked me through my warranty options but never created any unnecessary pressure. I had a specific A.P.R. that I qualified for with NEFCU, but Steve was able to not only match but BEAT the A.P.R. by .26%. They could have easily just matched the rate and taken the additional quarter of a percent as backend profit, but they chose to remain transparent even after they'd earned my business. St. J and their staff is very professional and I would recommend their dealership to anyone looking to work with a reputable and honest dealership! More
