St. Johnsbury Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Started Good.... Ended Bad.... Well, This was a Dream of mine and the Dealership I actually Wanted showed Zero interest... So I figured I would try with St. J because I purchas Well, This was a Dream of mine and the Dealership I actually Wanted showed Zero interest... So I figured I would try with St. J because I purchased a Subaru from them... They also showed interest so I decided to give them my business.... But I see now that was a mistake... I also will be in the market for another new vehicle, but now I know to stay clear.... I hate Bullxxxxters, and St. J was full of them... First off, I never got my picture of me standing in front of my truck... second was that I told them that unless they were prepared to pay me a stipend, that I did NOT want to see one thing to say their name on my truck.... and what do they do? Right after I told them, he must of went right back and put mud flaps with their name on them (which pisses me off to no extent, because I told him that if he did that it would just make more work for me to remove everything.... and it did!!!)... xxxx, I can keep going.... I was Lied to multiple times.... (more than three times for sure)... I never got my rebates... I paid too much on purpose... because I was hoping that they would treat me well and take care of me... But all they Really care about is the next sucker that comes through their door... And Trust me... THAT IS ALL WE ARE TO THEM..... So I just Learned My Lesson... And Next time I will Give North-point a second chance..... I would rather be ignored than blatantly lied too.... Honestly, Christopher More

Jeep Repairs The problems started when we wanted to change the soft top on our new Jeep to a hard top. It has been a royal pain. It took 6 or 7 months to get the w The problems started when we wanted to change the soft top on our new Jeep to a hard top. It has been a royal pain. It took 6 or 7 months to get the wiring harness for the back window wiper and washer. Supposedly the wiring harness is at the dealership. It is still not installed in the Jeep. The wiper and washer do not work on the back window of the Jeep. The front passenger seat has been broken since February. We cannot carry a passenger in the front, anyone riding in our Jeep has to climb into the backseat, if they can fit in there. My husband does not. On April 15 we contacted Evan Loschiavo in marketing to see if he could get any answers about finally fixing the Jeep. Getting pretty ridiculous, a new Jeep that can't carry a passenger. Evan answered us on April 18 that he would look into this. Haven't heard a word from anyone. Another aggravating thing is no one contacts us about the status of parts or repairs. We have to call and chase someone down who knows anything about our situation. We have even gone so far as to talk to Cross Town Motors in Littleton (who we bought two Jeeps from in the past) They said they would be willing to take over the maintenance of the vehicle if we wanted to go that route. We have already paid your dealership for the wiring etc so guess we are stuck here. More
