Almost two hours for a light assembly to be changed This is for service not sales. My appointment was at 9 am. 9:30 I looked outside and my truck was parked where I left it. 9:45 rolls around and it’s f This is for service not sales. My appointment was at 9 am. 9:30 I looked outside and my truck was parked where I left it. 9:45 rolls around and it’s finally moved. 10:15 comes and I ask for the status. I had another appointment elsewhere at 11 so I said I need to get going. The lady behind the counter (bless her soul) told me 10 more minutes due to having to run up to the GMC service and grab the piece. So, I waited. I had the lightbulb replaced prior by them and when I called St.J GMC to have them diagnose the leak they stated I should go to St.J Ram in case it was due to their fault. Thankfully I was charged for the assembly piece not the labor. However, they told me that they are known to leak(which is a massive lie for a newer truck, I have worked on vehicles for a long time.) I told the lady when I was paying that this is the exact reason why I did not want to come here and I will not be back. More

Once I realized if live in NH you do not pay sales Tax. Go see Dave he was great and made feel very comfortable. The whole staff treats you like a customer not a victim. I highly recommend After dealing with 4 dealerships last 20 years this is the best one yet and I do not think it could get any better. Chris Ariel and Steve were also a pleasure to work with. More
