The sales team of Brandon Garfield, Doug Duprey, and Dean Swister were extraordinarly helpful, professional, and understanding throughout my entire purchasing experience at St. J Auto Buick GMC. In particular, I would like to recognize Dean as an amazing Salesperson. He kept trying over and over again to help make this purchase happen for me. He even was able to secure a good trade-in value for my 2016 Buick Regal and transfer my winter tires to my new Buick! I understand it is a team effort at your dealership however, Dean was the magic man who made it happen! I also want to recognize Stephanie Schartner who processed all the documents efficiently and professionally. Her friendly and professional attitude made the experience very comfortable and seamless. There was a slight issue I was responsible for that was going to delay the sale another day. Dean and Stephanie reassured me it was "not a problem!" Once I resolved it the next day, St J Auto Buick GMC delivered this beautiful car to my Williston Office by 12:30 PM!! Thank you Linda for keeping me updated during your journey across the state on snow covered roads! They did the work in a timely manner. But looking over the paperwork for vehicle inspection report it says my brakes are wore down to 4mm. I only have 6100 miles on the truck so that can't be right.
