pretty good Gave me a quoted online for my trade, was fine, was down there 3 different times looking and test driving trucks, I wanted more for my trade, refused, Gave me a quoted online for my trade, was fine, was down there 3 different times looking and test driving trucks, I wanted more for my trade, refused, not once did anyone look at my truck, could of had scratches, minor dents, knocking in engine, etc. I am a very fussy person, everything I got is taken care of with pride. Went to pick up my truck, accessories were not in, understandable, signed papers, left, kinda not to pleased, guess accessories came in except my chrome steps, which I wanted black but were back ordered so settled for chrome, which I rarely do. Luke called me later and asked if I would like black because it was available, said yes and thanked him. Not till later I found out they did not come on fed ex truck and sent a driver to berlin city to pick them up. Thought, WOW, they really went out of there way to please me. I did have to drive back ( 1 1/2 hours away ) but it was worth it. Thank you, Luke and Ryan in parts department, greatly appreciated. At least I got that impression that is how it went down. More

Why did a 1/2 hour service took 2 1/2 hours? Costumers should be able to see their vehicle being worked on, the good garages has large windows overlooking the workshop. What do you have to hide?
