All set I called to make an appointment to have my oil changed but also knew that with 72,000 miles on my 2015 GMC Canyon, I probably had some scheduled maint I called to make an appointment to have my oil changed but also knew that with 72,000 miles on my 2015 GMC Canyon, I probably had some scheduled maintenance items due. The service manager looked that up and reviewed the recommended items. We discussed the options and priorities and agreed on a plan to get those additional items done over the next couple of months. I feel well looked after by my dealership and am all set for the winter. More

AWESOME Matt & Justin were awesome. Our 2018 truck was totaled on 11/28, called on 11/29 spoke with Matt he stated that he would research and get back to me Matt & Justin were awesome. Our 2018 truck was totaled on 11/28, called on 11/29 spoke with Matt he stated that he would research and get back to me, within a few hours he stated that he had 2 choices. I discussed it with my husband and choose the 2020, stated that we needed a bed liner and fog lights, they ordered them and they were all installed and the truck was ready for pick up on the date that we set. Very happy with the EXCELLENT service we received all the way around. This is the second truck we have gotten at St. Jay, and will go back for the 3rd. They take great care of their customers. More

Not sure if I would recommend this service location. I had negotiated a price for my Tonneau cover when I made my appointment but they tried to charge the higher price after the work was done. Still not sure if it was an innocent mistake or not. They may have charged me more for installation to make up some of the difference. Also, other dealerships wash your vehicle prior to returning it to you; this one did not. More
