I used to be very happy with the service but after being hit with an s as knits 900$bill with more than 50% going to labor was sticker shock to say the least. The service had been going down lately with pro hit with an s as knits 900$bill with more than 50% going to labor was sticker shock to say the least. The service had been going down lately with problems being brought to them only to be told “its hereditary“ and be sent away and then have to replace expensive parts after the warranty expired. Same with brakes when I asked them to pull them apart since they were getting older to make sure they were ok. They pulled the tires and did a visual inspection and told they were fine. short time later I’m being told all the brakes need replacing to the tune of about $1000. Up until these events I had been very satisfied. More

Quick to accommodate and responsible. I stopped in at the service desk on Thursday because I was experiencing brake pulsation. "What are you doing tomorrow morning?" Friday morning they diagnosed the problem, determined it should have been picked up at the recent service appointment, corrected the problem, and did not charge me for the service.
