Why did a 1/2 hour service took 2 1/2 hours? Costumers should be able to see their vehicle being worked on, the good garages has large windows overlooking the workshop. What do you have to hide? All set I called to make an appointment to have my oil changed but also knew that with 72,000 miles on my 2015 GMC Canyon, I probably had some scheduled maint I called to make an appointment to have my oil changed but also knew that with 72,000 miles on my 2015 GMC Canyon, I probably had some scheduled maintenance items due. The service manager looked that up and reviewed the recommended items. We discussed the options and priorities and agreed on a plan to get those additional items done over the next couple of months. I feel well looked after by my dealership and am all set for the winter. More

Not sure if I would recommend this service location. I had negotiated a price for my Tonneau cover when I made my appointment but they tried to charge the higher price after the work was done. I had to I had negotiated a price for my Tonneau cover when I made my appointment but they tried to charge the higher price after the work was done. I had to correct them. Still not sure if it was an innocent mistake or not. They may have charged me more for installation to make up some of the difference. Also, other dealerships wash your vehicle prior to returning it to you; this one did not. More
