Routine Service We had a routine oil change and tire rotation performed on our 2018 Buick Encore. I was pleasantly greeted by the service manager Denise, she told me We had a routine oil change and tire rotation performed on our 2018 Buick Encore. I was pleasantly greeted by the service manager Denise, she told me to help myself to anything in the kitchen area and relax. I had a great chat with one of the sales managers, Doug. He was our first salesman 5 years ago. Everything went great, and I even received a free car wash. Jesse, the service advisor made sure everything went well. I was treated respectfully once again. Thiefs The service department completely ripped me off I made it clear why I was coming there to have two issues looked at and repaired several other things The service department completely ripped me off I made it clear why I was coming there to have two issues looked at and repaired several other things that are going wrong with my vehicle and they did a complete service check when I didn’t ask them too they didn’t fix one xxxx thing and charge me over $100 just to stick a stupid computer in to check sensors that is a rip off I told them I was a hard-working person that was just barely trying to make it and needed my vehicle for work and needed a few things done they didn’t do anything but rip me off. I also wasted time going there because the lady that I spoke to on the phone in the service department directed me to a gentleman in the dealership and even after I told him all my issues and my credit problems and how much I owed on my car they said they still work with me and I drove all the way there just for them to turn me away waste of my time I emailed the person on the receipt to file a complaint and ask for a refund I’m never gonna see that money again and I haven’t gotten one thing done to my car I will never go to this dealer service place again and I will tell everyone not to bring their car there. Also when I picked my car up one of the wiring harness is hanging out of the door and I shut the door and slammed the door on it which probably damaged it more because they failed to plug it back in More
