The service waiting area for the customers are above reproach and wins hands-down on all other waiting rooms that I've used in the Vermont area. The folks in there don't take the attitude approach " you need us" that you find in other service departments at other dealerships. I appreciate doing business with these folks and would recommend this service department to anyone requiring vehicle service. More
Tires Lease my vehicle. Have had it for 21 months. Tires were falling apart after just 20,000 miles. Service person said that they have had a lot of pro Lease my vehicle. Have had it for 21 months. Tires were falling apart after just 20,000 miles. Service person said that they have had a lot of problems with tires. So went to the garage and they said that all four needed replacement and they didn't have any on stock and would order some. So next week went over again and got new tires which cost me $371.00 plus $98.00 for an alignment. I feel that they should have covered the alignment since the original tires were crap. Disappointed! More
In and out on time. Great service overall. The only thing I wasnt happy with. We had new rotors and pads on our terrain in January. Now they say the rear rotors have score marks. Extremely long wait I brought my car in for its 1st routine service and for a recall. When booking the appointment I was told it would be about an hour. When I got there I brought my car in for its 1st routine service and for a recall. When booking the appointment I was told it would be about an hour. When I got there I asked again and was told an hour to and hour and 15mins at most. When that time was up I asked and was told it’s next in line to be washed but shouldn’t be more then 5 mins. I walked around the sales floor and talked to Dan (who was my salesman) 20mins later I went back and my car still wasn’t ready. I waited almost 2 hours for a routine oil change, tire rotation and safety check. The recall was just a computer update that was being done while they did the other stuff. I have 3 other dealerships to choose from (2 of them being a lot closer, both of which I drove by on my way to yours) Another lady was there longer then me and was told 1hr to 1 1/2hrs tops, she waited for over 2hrs. If I have to have work done on my vehicle again I’m not sure I can justify the service speed. The sales department was amazing to work with but the service department was a disappointment. If I was told an honest time when booking the appointment and dropping it off it wouldn’t have been as bad but if you’re planning on 1hr and it takes 2hrs you get upset clients. More

Excellent work I brought my 2017 Encore in for an issue with my rear brakes, trunk struts and a state inspection. They also found that my struts were worn out.
