Worked Tirelessly to Solve Tricky Problem I had a problem with the Apple CarPlay not functioning as it is supposed to on my 2017 GMC Acadia. I initially took it in and they tried performing a I had a problem with the Apple CarPlay not functioning as it is supposed to on my 2017 GMC Acadia. I initially took it in and they tried performing a programming update on the infotainment system. That turned out to not solve the problem. Under the advise of GM tech support they ordered a new system to be installed. Unfortunately the supplier sent them a system that was not programmed for my particular vehicle and I ended up with an infotainment system that was worse than what I started with. In an effort to find a final solution to the problem they brought in the trainer from GM to help the auto-techs at St. J GMC get everything in order. They provided me a loaner vehicle for the day while they worked through the reprogramming of the system and ensuring everything was functioning as it should. When I got my vehicle back everything was finally working like I hoped it would and I even was promised my next oil change would be on them for the hassle I had to go through. Even though it took over two months to get everything straightened out, I am happy with the end result and the compensation for the difficulties. More

Customer service lacking. My truck has been there going on 3 weeks and still isn’t finished. The only time I’ve been updated on status is when I called myself. I was told by the service manager they would contact me over a week ago, never happened. I was given a downgraded vehicle for a loaner that dosnt meet my needs. All around a bad experience with this service department. More

Slow to diagnose problem Car had to come back three times for the same issue within a weeks time.
