Inefective and destructive My truck was in the shop many times last year... many times for the same issue. The second to the last time...9/14 to be precise, my truck was returned to me with a dent in the rear passenger quarter panel which caused the tailgate to not close properly. I contacted Denise Pelow... who DID NOTHING about it, and never even returned my call or responded to my email. I then addressed it again just before Xmas and was told by Denise Pelow AGAIN that she would get in touch with me about it... AND AGAIN SHE DIDN’T.... st J auto service IS TERRIBLE AND DESTRUCTIVE AND THEY DON’T DO ANYTHING TO CORRECT THEIR SCREWUPS... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ST J AUTO TO ANYONE AND TELL EVERYONE I CAN ABOUT THE WAY I WAS TREATED. More

Not so good St J auto was paid $2520.16 to fix my car as well as inspect it. It took them almost two weeks to go through it and inspect it. However, when I got St J auto was paid $2520.16 to fix my car as well as inspect it. It took them almost two weeks to go through it and inspect it. However, when I got my car back I didn't even go 5 miles when my check engine light was back on. Now, I am supposed to pay them more money to fix the problem when it's throwing the same code as before. I'm not happy with the amount of time it took nor the fact there is still an issue that they should have taken care of. More

Warranty repair Service department was quick and professional. I had to bring my vehicle in for diagnostic and they couldn’t fully diagnose it until they were ready t Service department was quick and professional. I had to bring my vehicle in for diagnostic and they couldn’t fully diagnose it until they were ready to repair so they ordered two different parts so it would be fixed for sure when I came in the following week to complete the repair.
